The Miss Friendly El Monte/South El Monte Pageant Association promotes and enhances the lives of its participants with learning new skills to enhance their growth, self-confidence and social skills.

The Miss Friendly El Monte/South El Monte Pageant Association Royal Court will receive scholarship money and become goodwill ambassadors for the cities of El Monte and South El Monte.
